You're told its free but they charge the estate agent a percentage of your sale price, which means you can't use certain fees with the chosen estate agent. My estate agent fee have gone from £800 to £1800, theres nothing free about this.

Unprofessional and unhelpful. Making a quick buck as a result of bereavement is not an ethical way to behave. Not returning my calls and not speaking to me, is unprofessional and uncaring. There has been no dialogue about the situation. We have provided the information you requested and have wanted to have a dialogue but you have not engaged with us.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I recently bought a house through this company, and the process was smooth up until completion. After that, everything went downhill. Our personal data was repeatedly shared with third parties without our consent. My partner was contacted by building companies about a property he has never lived in (a property my mum lives in) and was even informed that their rent would be increasing. He was also contacted regarding a Section 21 notice that was intended for my mum. Each time they called, my partner clearly explained that he was not on the tenancy and had never lived at the property, yet the calls continued. I gave the branch manager the opportunity to resolve the issue. She assured me it had been sorted, but on the very same day my stepdad received a text containing both mine and my partner’s personal information—information that has absolutely nothing to do with him. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The ongoing data breaches from September until now are completely unacceptable and show a serious lack of care when handling personal information.

I had recently very disappointing and stressful experiences with the estate agent Hunter while trying to buy my first home. Initially everything was fine, Mr. Anish Sukla ( who was dealing with the property) looked like very helpful and kind. I had viewing three times and I saw there were multiple tenants, I suspected and asked the agent Anish, if will be any issues by the tenants but the agent assured me that they are leaving soon and at my last viewing they property was totally vacant so I was happy to proceed. And I was told to do ID check, spent £ 144 and after completing id verification, the agent suddenly became unresponsive. My calls and emails were ignored for a long time, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After a long time he came back to me and started to respond quickly, so I trusted him and went for further process. It was scheduled for property servey which I spent £680. After completing everything from my side, my solicitor contacted the seller solicitor ( which was given on MOS) but they replied they were not instructed by seller, means there was no any solicitor from seller side. Mr Anish was silence and it was to much so my solicitor directly contacted the agent but he was pretending again and told to my solicitor to wait. At last, my solicitor was informed the property was being withdrawn from the market due tenants related issues. I was so sucked and frustrated that the Agent played with my feelings that I was first time buyer. I have spent a lot money with many parties. My time, money and emotions were not respecter so I would not recommend Hunter to anyone looking to buy a property, as my experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, transparency and reliability. Please be aware everyone with this agent 🙏🙏

I strongly recommend not to use hunter estate agent and especially agent Anish Skula. He betrayed me while trying to buy property as my first home. He vanished when I spent a lot money for the property buying process and at last he showed tenants issues where the tenants were already left. So never trust this estate again and Mr Anish everyone 🙏🙏

Sadly, we did not have a good experience. The Estate agent Bradley kept on trying to show us the same flats again and again although I had written clearly that if I was interested to see a flat again I would clearly say so. He said things like I will show you the flat in Axell House if you put an offer on the Golding one. Or he would say it is the same floor map so no need to visit the other one. It is the same light as well so no need to visit. I organised to visit with my husband some specific flats two weeks in advance and it turned out he wanted to show us the same flats again (Golding House and 103 Seagrove). He did not organise to visit one of the flats we were interested in because he only contacted the landlord one day before. He tried to contact him several times on the day of the visit but he did not reply. I tried to change estate agents within JPayne but it did not seem possible. We were expecting 4 visits and got only one. We had travelled from Blackheath and left upset and disappointed. Avoid!

Very poor service. They rented me a house with broken furniture and the new furniture provided was of very low quality. No curtains provided even though curtains were visible on photos shown. No Microwave provided even though rented as furnished. Carpet in the room was never professionally cleaned before we moved in. Dirt kept falling from chimney inside the living room and nothing was done about it for a year even though the issue was reported a few times. Hot water in the shower was also a problem which was never fully resolved.
