Glenda sorted out all the problems I was up against regarding Court Orders with ex. If it wasn't for Glenda I don't know if I could have kept going. It was not a straight forward sale but Glenda was not phased by any of it. Even on her day off she made sure that the sale of my home went through without any hitches. Brilliant and completely painless experience from start to finish in helping to sell my Mum's property. Most of my previous dealings with Estate Agents have been dull and frustrating but Lawrence Rand breaks the mould. There seems to be a universal level of professionalism, enthusiasm and engagement that really does set them apart from the rest. Worthy of special mention are Robin Thomas who put his boundless enthusiasm to good effect in driving the sales activities, and Emma Luckett whose naturally engaging style kept everyone well coordinated leading up to completion. Some impressive statistics: 8 weeks from putting the house on the market to completing the sale. A huge number of viewings and offers in the first two weeks (72 vs 51 I think). This led to 9 sealed bids, 7 greatly exceeding the asking price. Nuff said!
