We had a viewing on a property on Victoria Road and when Hayden called us for feedback, we told him that it is on the main road and was noisy. Some properties are good isolated some are not and on pictures it was not obvious that the property would absorb much noise. Hayden told us to make a better check first before viewing properties. Yes I can do that, but does it mean I cannot see any property or get an impression of properties being on main road? People can change their mind, but the response felt we only can view properties, if we most likely buy it. Was upsetting to hear that cold response, and hopefully we can find good properties with other vendors, who understands and accept buyers' honest feedback.

Very unpleasant experience and horrible service from Lauren. She hanged up the phone on my face after changing my date of viewings. After calling back, the person who answered the phone claimed that I was being rude to her. Absolutely terrible experience and rude staff. Its as if they were working in Mcdonalds.

Very disappointing experience dealing with GetAgent. We disputed an invoice relating to a client who was already personally known to our business through a long-standing family connection prior to any alleged referral. Despite providing evidence and explaining the background in full, it felt like the matter was handled purely by rigid terms and conditions rather than looking at the actual circumstances fairly and reasonably. Communication became focused on threats of debt collection and legal escalation instead of genuine investigation or resolution. As a business, we value fairness, transparency, and relationships with our clients, so this experience has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, due to how this matter has been handled, we will no longer be using GetAgent’s services going forward.

**AVOID** Slippery individuals, their business strapline “we use property sales data to help the best local estate agents stand out from the crowd” is totally inaccurate, Zain Akhtar Business Development Manager who isn’t completely sure what day of the week it is confirmed they scrape the data form the usual portals Rightmove etc and use only this to rank the agent publicly, I placed a further question to him that if I didn’t use such portals for all of the properties I market for sale the data would be inaccurate, he denied this and continued to reiterate that he also scraped the data form Land Registry, again as land Registry data isn’t available for many months after a sale has completed how are they able to publish accurate live and current data… We were duped into signing a contract with the firm as Zain Akhtar had an amazing lead for us and all we had to do was sign this contract…. Yes, I was naive nothing became of this, not even a sniff of a lead! Another occasion we were called out to a market appraisal and were informed by the owner that we didn’t rank high enough on their site, the owner also called GetAget direct to confirm our position and was informed by someone on reception that we were not a leading agent and not ranked in the top 6 yet Zain Akhtar confirmed we actually ranked 4 in our market place! I’ve requested to be removed and have no association with this company but they have declined. The information they provide to represent your company to members of public is false, misleading and inaccurate AVOID AVOID AVOID!

When I was looking for a house they were Always late to viewings. I am now a tenant of one of the properties they manage and they are rude and have viewings without notifying us. They’re a rubbish agent with rubbish customer service steer clear. Use turner properties or any other agent.
