I have three properties in Long Lawford (near Rugby), all with Belvoir since I acquired them. I deal mainly with Wendy and Rosie, but all of the Rugby Belvoir Team have looked after my property with great professionalism and always have the best interests of the landlord and tenant at heart. I've found Belvoir proactive when dealing with faults and damage within the property. They suggest clearly and early where small improvements would improve the quality and lett'ability of the property, stopping larger problems from emerging, and making it a better living experience for my tenants. I have peace of mind in trusting my properties to Belvoir Rugby. Highly recommended.
