Currently renting a 2 bedroom flat with Belvoir Rugby with my husband, must say that the service has been great since the beginning. Viewing and proceeding to tenancy agreement was easy and quick, the flat was ready and very clean when we moved in, all the paperworks were prepared. The service during renting is satisfactory so far, I reported a leak in one of our toilet and a contractor was sent right away to have a look and fixed it, then another time the washing machine was acting weird, they immediately responded and sent a contractor fairly quick as well, and end up getting a new washing machine fitted about 1 week after (yay to our landlord too). So have nothing to complain so far. Please keep up the good service!
