I use their fully managed service. This team take away the challenges of managing the 'search to re letting process' and help me with all the decisions that relate to being a good landlord. I've been a tenant with Belvoir for in excess of a decade. Wendy and the team have been great, always pleasant and polite. Issues get dealt with ASAP and if you get given a time for an inspection it's normally right within 10 minutes (they say an hour but...) which makes being there easy. Even though I predate all of the current law on deposit safety I was transferred to the new scheme increasing my rights - they do the right thing.

Belvoir are the only agents I would now use to rent through. I have found that estate agents tend to prioritise sales over rental tenants (yes this is their main income) and tenants issues are not responded to. Belvoir have been the only agents that have ensured safety checks have been completed, the house was clean and ready to move into, 6 monthly checks undertaken on the property and repairs fixed in a timely manner. I have found the staff both polite and helpful over the phone and face to face. An excellent agent to rent through and if I had property to rent out I would not hesitate to hand over the keys for them to manage. The friendly and helpful team at Belvoir do something really unusual - they give consistently good service. They also manage to look after both tenants and landlords really well.
