I have been renting the house though the agency for over 4 years. Every problem I had has been fixed in timely manner. Some small issues with inventory check and state of carpets, but after I contacted them about it they amended it. After I moved out I had to remind them about it as they wanted to charge me for professional cleaning. Other than that, no issues.
