Great food

Thomas Morris St Ives made the selling of our house stress free. Shout out to Katy, Becky and Danielle especially. The communication was excellent, even calling us back at the end of the day to say if they had made a query but not heard back. We also used Thomas Morris Conveyancing and again, communication between themselves, ourselves and our agents was first class. The team made me feel like a friend for whom they were doing their upmost best.

After a disappointment of a sale falling through, we found another sheltered housing flat for my father through Oulsnam. Samantha was very efficient and showed compassion throughout. We have both sold and bought through Oulsnam over the years. They have always shown a high standard of customer care and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them time and time again.

A real cut above other estates agents in both regards as being a seller and a buyer. Their customer server is excellent and communication with customers is obviously very important to Oulsnam (unlike several other estate agents); found they were very efficient, kept you informed about every process and every viewing via text and email reminders. As a seller I really felt they were there for you, pushing things forward, chasing up solicitors etc. to keep things moving. As such the sale of our property was smooth and as stress free as these things can be. The staff are fantastic (in particular Rachel and Becky who I had most contact with) both professional and polite – nothing was too much trouble for them. I’d definitely recommend Oulsnam whether you’re buying or selling.

We chose Oulsnam Bournville for their knowledge of the area, enthusiastic staff and market share. We were pleased with the number of viewings especially since our property would only appeal to a particular buyer. Once sold there were some issues with surveys etc that were dealt with efficiently and delays caused elsewhere in the chain that were chased regularly. The team covered for each other during holidays so we always felt well looked after.
