I cannot recommend Richard James Faringdon enough, the help, guidance and service I've received is first class and i couldn't be happier with my experience so far. As a first time buyer the whole process is very daunting but they have made it as relaxed and easy as possible offering advice as and when I need it. in the final few weeks jo costin and jade allen were at the end of the phone when ever i needed them, jo was emailing me at 8pm to keep me informed. they are both a credit to the company. they were backed up by a very strong team.

We used Tom from TLC Properties to sell our big, Edwardian townhouse in the centre of Harrogate because we liked him as a person, and because he was very knowledgeable about the market. We had two offers within a few days of each other and Tom gave us some fantastic advice to manage the situation. He was very patient, understanding, open and honest the whole way through the marketing, the show arounds and the sale process and he always kept us calm and positive when we were worried about anything. He definitely knows his stuff and you really couldn't wish for a nicer estate agent!
