We used Oulsnam for the recent sale of our house and the service was impeccable. The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout the process, and really helped us during the final week when the conveyancing process got extremely stressful. I'd definitely recommend them!

We engaged Preston Baker to sell our house in the north Leeds area. Gemma Duxbury is our estate agent, as she is the staff member at Preston baker who has always looked at properties in this part of Leeds, and she has handled the whole process for us so far. She has been brilliant, finding the right buyers for our home and efficiently arranging the viewings and other logistics. Preston Baker were amazing throughout the sale of my late Mum's property. Gemma was professional, efficient and competent. She dealt with any issues quickly and effectively. Within three weeks of the property being on the market, we received offers. Gemma has a wealth of experience and knowledge and advised on the best option. She was right. The sale went smoothly and Gemma was happy to nudge solicitors when all went quiet. We completed in less than three months. I wouldn't hesitate to use this estate agent again and would highly recommend them.
