I had my first Thomas Morris experience viewing houses in Cambridge. Charlotte Smart got in touch via email (as I requested) rather than the classic estate agent spam phone calls and she promptly booked me in for a viewing for lovely cottage we are hoping to move to. Long story short, Charlotte was such a pleasure to view the property with and the information her company provided us (which is non standard from my experience) included many things about the area including noise pollution and etc. I was very impressed. Charlotte was also always very prompt to reply to my questions and phone calls (even on her day off!) The only thing I was displeased about was the fact the agency does not cover my area I’m selling from!

Chloe Hart showed me around the property and was very pleasant and was very helpful. She answered all my questions. I was very impressed.

I have let my property through Thomas morris for the last couple of years and they have been great. Sheetal has been brilliant in regards to the end of tenancy operations. Constantly keeping me in the loop with what has been going on to ensure both parties are happy. Especially at a hectic time around Christmas and new years it has all gone relatively smoothly.
