Mark from the St Albans branch was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, calm and always contactable. Despite a small hiccup in the process he never put pressure on us or spun us any lines. We selected Hayman Joyce to manage our house sale after inviting a number of estate agents to provide us with a valuation. Hayman Joyce were the only agents who returned our telephone calls in a timely fashion, and whose receptionists were polite and courteous when handling our calls. First impressions count, and this was vindicated during the whole house selling process. We can only praise Kemal from their Broadway offices who handled the sale, conducted the accompanied viewings, and provided lots of valuable advice along the way. Kemal provided frequent updates during the selling process, chasing up the sale chain as and when required together with liasing with our buyers immediately prior to completion. Many many thanks Kemal. We really appreciate the effort you put into this for us. Given that just about all estate agents are charging the same 1% commission rate, I can think of absolutely no reason why you would choose to use another agent. Totally professional.

I was looking for a 1-bed around this area. Chanced a very promising place and gotten in touch with Vincent. They showed me the place and took my application to the landlord. I didn't get the place because the Landlord doesn't like my application for some reasons. But Vincent did call back and with a very sincere attitude to deliver the bad news. After a lot of bad experience with shady practice from the chained estate agency I would highly recommend this agency and Vincent to anyone who are looking for anything in this area.
