We recently completed on our first home with Thomas Morris, Charlotte and Evan were great through the entire process, from finding us our perfect home to dealing with contracts. They were always extremely responsive to questions and booking in surveys. And they always helped me with a smile when I popped into the branch to ask questions or check how things were going. I sold my flat through M&M properties a couple of months ago and couldn’t praise them enough! After having very poor experience with 2 other local agents in the Leighton buzzard area, I nearly lost all hope of selling my flat until M&M took on the marketing! They sold my flat very quickly and always found them great to communicate with. I originally purchased the flat through M&M properties and didn’t have the greatest experience but that was 5 years ago, so what a difference this time round made! I would recommend anyone to use M&M when selling a property! Due to my flat being a leasehold, there were quite a few issues with the solicitors and management companies but M&M always kept me informed and helped with any issues/ concerns I had, a very stressful experiance but M&M tried taking as much of that stress away from me which I was so thankful for!
