We recently purchased our home through this estate agent and overall had a positive experience. While the conveyancing process itself was quite frustrating and slower than expected, Olivia at the agency really made a difference. She was always responsive, kept us updated, and consistently pushed things forward when delays occurred. Her professionalism and dedication gave us confidence throughout what can be a stressful process. Thank you, Olivia, for your support and for helping us secure our new home.
