Very professional from valuation through to conveyancing!

We are in the process of buying a property with Thomas Morris, and everyone has been both helpful and delightful so far! In particular Evan, who booked our first appointment and provided us with lots of information, and of course Charlotte, who has been showing us the property and handling the sale. She’s both extremely professional, personable, and so efficient, without ever feeling pushy. During both viewings, she was able to provide us with all of the details we could want, and we feel so much safer proceeding with the acquisition having her looking after us. We strongly recommend her! Edit after completing on the house: our opinion of Charlotte, who has been handling the communication between the sellers and us, had absolutely not changed. She has been a star throughout the whole process, making sure the solicitors on both sides were moving things along, and helping us understand the house buying process.
