Preston Baker were amazing throughout the sale of my late Mum's property. Gemma was professional, efficient and competent. She dealt with any issues quickly and effectively. Within three weeks of the property being on the market, we received offers. Gemma has a wealth of experience and knowledge and advised on the best option. She was right. The sale went smoothly and Gemma was happy to nudge solicitors when all went quiet. We completed in less than three months. I wouldn't hesitate to use this estate agent again and would highly recommend them.
