We chose Preston Baker for the sale of our house after meeting Rachel because she was so knowledgeable about the local housing market and very clear about the fees and services. Rachel was with us from start to finish which we found very helpful. She was incredibly attentive, always responding to enquiries quickly, and she was very proactive in pushing things forward. This is the fifth time we’ve bought a house and it was the most positive experience we’d had of an estate agent. Very impressive service and would recommend to anyone in Leeds looking for a friendly and trustworthy estate agent.
