We were very happy how Robert Oulsnam Bournville dealt with us when buying our new house. After coming to a dead end in trying to finance the purchase Rachael arranged for us to talk to Oulsnam's independent financial advisor Jacqui and through her we were able to finance it. .After that any query we had was dealt with very quickly and we were always kept informed on how the purchase was going. So I would certainly recommend them and would like to mention Rachael and Jacqui in particular.
Reply from Thomas Morris - Royston: Thank you for your review and we are glad that your query was dealt with quickly.
