A real cut above other estates agents in both regards as being a seller and a buyer. Their customer server is excellent and communication with customers is obviously very important to Oulsnam (unlike several other estate agents); found they were very efficient, kept you informed about every process and every viewing via text and email reminders. As a seller I really felt they were there for you, pushing things forward, chasing up solicitors etc. to keep things moving. As such the sale of our property was smooth and as stress free as these things can be. The staff are fantastic (in particular Rachel and Becky who I had most contact with) both professional and polite – nothing was too much trouble for them. I’d definitely recommend Oulsnam whether you’re buying or selling.
