Thomas Morris - Royston

We were a little nervous about planning to move house during the uncertainty of the impact of covid on the market and the selling and buying process. However, the expert advice, guidance and reassurance from Rachel Andrews and her Oulsnam Bournville team gave us the confidence to proceed. It was a very positive experience throughout from start to finish, including Rachel"s initial survey and expert advice, Samantha Looker"s excellent guidance and keeping on top of progress and not forgetting Becky for her fantastic support with our viewings. This is the 5th time that we have used Oulsnam to manage our sale and we are so pleased that we chose to use them again. Can"t thank them enough.
