Genuine Product. Genuine Service. Proper integration for the service and product reviews took a little setting up but to be expected and the support was there. Our customers automatically get sent a request for a review and it is quick and easy for them to do so. Decent notification system and easy to tie in to our CRM and investigate / respond appropriately. To those who claim the reviews are fake. Well - it is possible I guess- as with ALL review platforms to create fake customers, with fake email accounts and place fake orders. Companies who operate like that will hopefully get found out whatever platform they use. Indeed it is easier for them to do so with platforms that don't need an order/customer account. Feefo do plenty to ensure that the customers are genuine and that negative / contested reviews are moderated fairly.
