We purchased two businesses that used feefo reviews last year. Our other business use Reviews.io and Judge.me. We have, however, been trapped in 2 contracts that are specifically designed to trap their customers into paying for an entire year's worth of service, whether they want to or not. I'll be honest, I mis-read their terms as '90 days from renewal date' however, it isn't. It's "automatically renews and you can only give notice 90 days before the end of the period that you don't want to renew". If you miss that 90 days, you're trapped for the remainder of the 90 days PLUS another year on top. I thought contracts like this died with leased line telecoms put apparently, they are alive and well at feefo. Absolutely appalling contract with absolutely appalling customer service. There have been problems with the system since the beginning with invoices not being supplied, no access to the admin panel, failure to take direct debits leading to threats of suspension, failure of sales to upload (we have no idea why) and we're trapped and unable to ditch this appalling company for another year. Meanwhile, we've moved 1 of the two websites to a different platform and are now happily using Judge.me.
