Honestly, the most pointless review platform I’ve come across. I left a positive review for a property I stayed in for holiday, the property was lovely and we said we would stay again, the only criticism being that for a property which rents out for 1000 to 1500 a week they should be annually maintaining it better in the winter months when it’s out of season - eg decorating it and deep cleaning (which they hadn’t) They removed my review stating it breached the terms, how ridiculous to have a review platform that artificially moderates reviews, utterly pointless. In a nut shell, avoid using companies that use fee go as the reviews are not accurate reflections of customer experiences, as is demonstrated in the 2 star review they have in their own Google page, if this was a feefo page the review would have deleted all of these comments.
