I was invited to leave a review for a retailer automatically by Feefo, based on a service appointment I'd booked. My experience was poor, as the retailer in question couldn't provide the service at the appointment and has subsequently booked in a new appointment. I left feedback to this effect via Feefo, only for them to reject the review as I haven't received the product I'm reviewing. I'd say the fact I've not received the service in the first place, is a completely valid thing to review. It feels like Feefo is biased towards supporting the retailers and not honest customer reviews or feedback.
