This completely defeats the purpose of a review platform. Customers should be able to share their genuine experiences without being censored. - If reviews like mine are rejected, how can anyone trust the ratings on this platform? It raises serious concerns about fairness and credibility. - Very disappointing and frustrating. I would not trust Feefo as a reliable review platform.
