I placed an order for this bike for my son’s birthday, which was only a week away. The order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation, and I was then told the refund could take up to a week to process. I emailed the company and tried speaking to their chatbot but received no reply or help at all. Because of this, my son didn’t get the bike he really wanted for his birthday and was understandably very upset. Really disappointed with the service and I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.
