Staff Very Efficient and polite ..... quick respond i didn't have to wait long for viewing or reply when I make an Offer. Everyone is smiling and Friendly i don't really have any negative comment in this stage of buying. Avril B was well prepared. She answers all questions what i had (It was leasehold flat so it was quite few info what I Need!!) So Far So Good hopefully process of buying will be as nice and easy!
