Recently got to the point of exchange after purchasing through Richard James. The service from Jo was attentive with clear communication throughout the process and it all came together in the last week prior to exchange. Jo was instrumental to this by ensuring clear communication between all interested parties to allow this to happen efficiently. I would recommend.
Reply from Thomas Morris - Royston: Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review Neil. We are so pleased to hear of your positive experience with Jo and will be sure to pass on your comments to her. :-)
