We brought our first home through Josh, he was so helpful throughout our journey. He was available for additional viewings out of hours and at weekends. He was responsive to any queries we had and we never waited longer then an hour for a WhatsApp message back. and was always available for a quick call. He would frequently check in with us and the seller to see where we were at with solicitors and even chased the solicitors on our behalf multiple times to ensure a smooth and quick process. Without Josh’ support we would not of been able to complete within 3 months of our first viewing on the property. We would highly recommend Josh. Thanks again !
Reply from Thomas Morris - Royston: Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! It was genuinely a pleasure helping you both purchase your first home. I’m really pleased to hear that the additional viewings, regular communication and support through the conveyancing process made a difference. Helping to keep things moving with solicitors and ensuring a smooth, timely purchase is always a priority. Wishing you all the very best in your new home!
