I rented my apartment in Belvedere through Royal Arsenal Residential, and my experience with them was excellent from start to finish. From the initial apartment viewing to signing the tenancy and eventually vacating the apartment, the entire process was smooth and hassle‑free. The team was friendly, professional, and transparent, with pricing that was very much in line with the market. They were also extremely prompt and responsive whenever maintenance was needed — whether it was the dishwasher or the heater, issues were attended to quickly and efficiently. Overall, I was very impressed with their service and would highly recommend Royal Arsenal Residential to anyone looking to rent in the area.
