We had a very good experience with the Royal Arsenal Residential Team throughout our tenancy at a fabulous flat. From start to finish, every member of the team was approachable, responsive, and always willing to help whenever needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. Although we had to move out because the landlords decided to sell the property, the support we received during the move-out process was especially appreciated.
