Unfortunately I have to give Balgores one star which is far too generous. My car was in the garage for 7 weeks for a small dent and scrape on the right wing. That is just the beginning. My car was picked up and it was working perfectly. 7 weeks later it was dropped off with no Petrol and the battery was flat. I was informed by the estimator who I could not understand that the car had an electrical problem which caused the battery to be flat and also the sat nav, CD etc not to work. Absolute nonsense. I will be getting a solicitor to look into this and carry out the necessary procedures. I am now left with a car that does not work.
