The Romford branch of Balgores handled my recent house sale. From start to finish, it went through smoothly and in a good time. An excellent team, lead by Charlie King, thanks, Charlie. Good communication, professional, regular updates were given and it was always easy to get hold of someone, should we have any queries. Thank you to all who were involved, and I would like to give a particular shout out to Oskar, thank you, Oskar, we feel you are a real credit to the company. Would highly recommend Balgores in Romford.

"I cannot recommend Oskar from Balgores Romford highly enough! From start to finish, he was exceptionally helpful, quick to respond, and a genuinely lovely guy to deal with. He even got back to me on a Sunday when the office was closed, (he never stops working!) which made a huge difference. Oskar kindly arranged multiple viewings for us and patiently answered every single question we had throughout the process. Thanks to his hard work and efficiency, we successfully bought the perfect home for us. If you are dealing with Balgores, you're in great hands with Oskar!"

I never leave reviews but on this occasion I felt it was warranted. I just wanted to say thank you to the Romford Balgores team who successfully sold a property for me. Special shout out to Charlie King, Oskar and Louise who were excellent. Estate agents get a bad press in general but these guys are without doubt fantastic. I really felt as a seller they fought my corner through a challenging negotiation. They were open and honest and didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, I appreciate that. I would not hesitate to use them again and will in the future. Thank you!

As a first encounter with Balgores here is some genuine feedback : These guys don’t message round and are a very professional outfit. Oskar assured us we wouldn’t be getting into bidding wars and we didn’t . Oskar and Louise ensured we were kept appraised at all the usual milestones and Louise did a fantastic job to keeping things moving.
