Awful service with very aggressive sales /Buying techniques. We tried selling through Balgores and received nothing but poor service which ended with a lost buyer due to the awful service. Lied is a strong word but the sales person tried to overstep their position to make the deal happen without speaking to the sellers first. They are now trying to claim their fees even though we lost our buyers. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. They don’t appear to follow any guidelines in relation to estate agents and the Ombudsman policies with regard to double fees. Please be very careful when selling houses through this company. They say and offer a lot but then don’t back it up. I would never deal with this company ever again even if they provided their so called services for free. When you make a complaint it goes to one person within their own company who really doesn’t appear to care about the facts. They just threaten you with their legal department. This is very intimidating, especially when you can clearly see it’s their mistake. They don’t appear to care about their reputation. Just cash. You have been warned.
