We are renting an house from powerbespoke from March 2020 From December 2020 we started to have problems with this property We found out that the roof wasn't insulated. We contacted powerbespoke but no one did anything until the end of December The condensation was coming down the ceiling on my kids beds We moved downstairs to sleep. We was paying lots of money for 5 bedroom house but we couldn't use the bedrooms. All the walls was black and green and the smell very intense. We rented this big house for business purposes and Powerbespoke knew that from day one. Because we opened a complaint they send us an eviction notice during the lockdown 8n January and they didn't let me work from home. They check our life they know when people come in and out the house We are not free to live our lives I teach karate to kids and kids with special need and they love their karate sessions We feel like the victims of harassment The Agency sent an email today that they believed that the damp problems in the lounge has been caused by us breathing and the kids training.
