Had a great experience as first time buyers navigating the London housing market with Power Bespoke advising us. We received good advice and close, personal and responsive follow-up and answers to our many questions. The advice included assessment of asking/offer prices against similar properties in the area, and offer and negotiation strategies. George and Perry helped us as we considered and made offers on several homes until we found an ideal property where our below-asking-price offer was accepted. As first time buyers with no experience in the property market, having experts to hold our proverbial hand made us feel less outmatched by sellers' agents, and it was reassuring to run our thoughts by the team for their experienced assessments. We consider it a worthwhile investment that saved us time and protected our sanity!

From start to finish Steph at Power Bespoke was all over our flat sale. We couldn’t recommend her enough. Communication was key and she was excellent as we had a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitors going under right at the point of exchange. I contacted George at Power Bespoke to get initial information about selling my Flat. I was immediately struck by his knowledge and professionalism . He gave me several options which were realistic and honest. What really impressed me was the level of communication . We were whats apping well past the company closing time and he was completely empathetic to my situation and I got the impression that he would do his best to optimize my profit. Of course he is in a company that will( and should ) make a profit , but I got the impression that along with the profit the company would make, George would try to do his best for me too. I can highly recommend them based on my initial contact. I have not yet utilized their expertise so I cannot comment on that . However , I will be able to in the future as I intend to use them in my Flat sale .
