As first time buyers, we had literally no idea what to expect. Steph was amazing from Day 1 - we submitted our offer the same day as the viewing, and got 24/7 support throughout the process. When the purchase got stressful due to stamp duty increase deadlines etc, Steph not only backed us, but also made sure our enquiries were answered quickly and that we felt supported.
