What an absolute Rock Star of an Estate Agent! Steph dealt with us daily to inform and guide us through the whole process. Whether it was an email, text, voice note or call, Steph was lightning quick at responding to any concerns and questions we had. Her level of knowledge, care and guidance far exceeds any customer experience we've ever had. We truly felt like we had a friend on our side fighting to ensure that this deal got put together and executed in the quickest time possible. Steph, you are a complete legend! Estate Agents can get a bad name and be seen as cut throat but the truth is that it's a business built on human relationships. It's so much more than a house involved in a transaction, it's many emotions and memories.
