Unfortunately his relative was taken ill so was away from the office. That should have been communicated clearer to you. Just for context, as I don't want people reading this to think we don't respond to enquiries, you were informed by one of our colleagues Paul a week ago that we were waiting to hear back from the tenants as to when they would allow access for viewings. Unfortunately, the tenant has been diagnosed with a very contagious bug so we have removed the property from the market for a couple of weeks so as to now waste anyone elses time. Again, this should have been communicated to you more clearly. You are still at the very top of the viewing list should you still wish to view as soon as it is safe to do so.
