We met three other high street Estate Agents, but it was clear at the outset that Power Bespoke best understood our property and how to realise its potential. The whole service has been great and very bespoke - they really helped with maximizing planning permission for our property and negotiating the best price. They acted as a communication hub between ourselves, the buyer and the solicitors - keeping things moving. along. They have also been insightful in many matters concerning the sale. Power Bespoke have been a pleasure to work with and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
