Our experience with previous estate agents were unsatisfactory, having gone through the whole process of buying a house that fell through at the very end shortly before. So when it came to starting all over again we were hesitant. However, Steph from Power Bespoke was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the regular communication to the endless support throughout the process, it was evident that the process was going to be smooth. The process felt both modern and personal, something that we feel was missing from these processes in general. If you’re looking for an approachable, proactive and reliable estate agent, I would highly recommend Steph and her team.
