Very knowledgeable

We had James come and value our property and were extremely impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. We were with another estate agent last year and just felt we were being forced into accepting an offer for our property that was well under the original price. Health reasons made us remove our property from sale. We had James value our property a few months ago and he explained things that the other agent had not, needless to say we will definitely go to James at Power Bespoke when we are ready to market our property again. Both my husband ad I felt relaxed with James, there was no pushing us into marketing immediately. James fully understood that we may not be ready to move until a years time and left it with us to call if we need any help or advise. Thank you James :o)
