Website it fine to go around but the floor plans for some of the properies are massively then the actual property not just buy a little some are off by a few feet them the plan shows

Sending someone to view property without any knowledge of property is a big no no So it made a big impact on using them to buy a property (didn't)
Had a brilliant service with my previous sale. But stupidly we went with a different EA this time. After the sale fell through we had MP back round again. They valued it lower than currently listed even though it had previously sold for asking price with multiple offers. But we agreed to instruct them again after the 2 week notice ran out anyway. In those remaining 2 weeks with my original EA, we sold it again for full asking price. I emailed the valuer to inform him and said I would contact them again if anything fell through. I received no email back, nothing. Perhaps just an acknowledgement would have been nice! Unfortunately the house has fallen through again due to no fault of ours, the house or price. But, I won't instruct them this time. I massively value customer service and an email back would have literally taken 5 minutes. Small things like this are important to us.
I can only speak to my own experience of course.... I found Michael Poole to be truly awful. Reasons being: I conducted all of the viewings myself, nobody from Michael Poole ever turned up. Despite the fact the house wasn't selling, they never even put up a for-sale sign or called to discuss why it wasn't selling. I had to chase and chase. 6-9 Months with them and all I would get was a text, and they always got my name wrong. I had to pull feedback from them, rather than them offering after viewings. I would get updates about the sales that were simply incorrect or weeks out of date. The only reason it actually sold is because the buyer contacted me through Airbnb about the property as Michael Poole were not passing on her communications and her intent to buy. They took money for doing nothing, just being a post box for communications, and they didn't even do that well. All of the above can be easily and objectively proven, point being they're not just a miscommunication or personal gripe. If there was an option to rate 0 stars, I would. Strongly recommend choosing a different agent and avoiding Michael Poole.
Not very helpful at all told house had gone then needed cleaning g up then first tenant was reviewing then finally got to see it totally disgusting house was a mess and why 4 different story's from there staff
