Andrea has been very helpful and attentive...she has always returned my calls and emails and kept me up to date with progress. They also have a text messaging service for when you are selling a property to keep you up dated which is good. The process of selling a house can be slow but Andrea continued to update me and settle me when I was worried...I’m hoping to complete this side of Christmas then Michael Poole will give me the best Christmas present thank you

I had an acceptable offer on my property within 4 days of it going on the market with Michael Poole, and the contracts were exchanged within less than 2 months of the offer being accepted. I would say that if you price your property sensibly and present it well to potential buyers then Michael Poole's will do the rest without any fuss or drama. Recently had to sell our Dad's house after he passed away, it has been a very emotional & distressing time but i would just like to say that i would highly recommend them .
