Generally a good experience - a buyer was found even though this did take some time (a reflection of the house not Michael Poole) Generally the team were helpful and prompt, although I did feel that some of the staff could have been more engaging and enthusiastic when showing prospective buyers the property (I was present for some of the viewings)
Helpful friendly staff, easy to communicate with. Helen who looked after the sale progression was very good.
They managed to sell our house quickly,staff committed and very pleasant.
Professional approach, excellent advertising using video, and great support from progression lady, Helen Nicholson. Our sale took about 9 months due to 2 buyers dropping out but on both occasions Michael Poole organised viewings immediately.
Fantastic service from start to finish, all staff helpful and friendly, kept us up-to-date with what was happening. Only down side I'd say is promised a drone shot of the sea views from the house to help with viewings but that never happened
