I had an acceptable offer on my property within 4 days of it going on the market with Michael Poole, and the contracts were exchanged within less than 2 months of the offer being accepted. I would say that if you price your property sensibly and present it well to potential buyers then Michael Poole's will do the rest without any fuss or drama. By far the best estate agents in the Teesside area. Many thanks to all at the Yarm branch.
