Nick Robinson in particular has been excellent in giving us the right advice in terms of the market and in negotiating the sale of our house at the level we needed to allow us to proceed. At no point he pushed us to do a deal, he was calm, considerate to our position and did an amazing job in getting us to a price we were happy with. Nick has been extremely helpful and professional and really has done his best for us.

Just sold our house through Ashtons in Redbourn. It had been on with another agent for 7 months with a local agent but Ashtons sold it within 4 months. Not all estate agents are the same. The location of Ashton's various offices means that marketing is wider and the staff are knowledgable about the areas they cover, which helps prospective buyers. Feedback is available on an online portal which is useful. The team who sold our house: Andrew, Cathy, Tracie, Robert, Alix and Gill were all highly professional and very efficient. I can definitely recommend Ashtons.

Nick and Tracie dealt with the purchase of our new home. They were both extremely professional and I would thoroughly recommend Ashtons.
