Just sold our house through Ashtons in Redbourn. It had been on with another agent for 7 months with a local agent but Ashtons sold it within 4 months. Not all estate agents are the same. The location of Ashton's various offices means that marketing is wider and the staff are knowledgable about the areas they cover, which helps prospective buyers. Feedback is available on an online portal which is useful. The team who sold our house: Andrew, Cathy, Tracie, Robert, Alix and Gill were all highly professional and very efficient. We have been very impressed when buying with Ashton’s in Redbourn and have received a consistently high level of support throughout the process. I have already recommended them to friends looking in the area and wouldn’t hesitate to go with them again!

We had our property in Redbourn on the market for 15 months before our sale and purchase were completed, but this does not reflect on the ability of Ashton’s where all the staff were professional, welcoming and dedicated to achieving the correct result. On the purchase side we lost one property due to the vendor withdrawing, and we changed our minds and withdrew on two other proposed purchases. With the original purchaser of our property in Redbourn withdrawing due to the time we kept them waiting, Nick Robinson actually sold our house 4 times subject to contract, and on each occasion he found a purchaser within 10 days, an absolute unbelievable achievement in a difficult market. When deciding to sell my property Ashtons Redbourn came across as very professional. I was not disappointed as Nick sold my old home within days of it going to market. Between Nick and Tracie they kept me informed at every stage, offered sound advice and I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome.
