I am taking the time to write this review because the team at Ashton's Redbourn were absolutely brilliant, in particular I must mention Nick Robinson and Tracie Phillips. Nick was very professional and clearly understood the market, the advice given to us was spot on and our property sold quickly. Tracie was equally as professional throughout the after sales process and despite some tricky situations in the chain she kept it all together, two great ambassadors of the company. Given our good our experience I recommended a friend to get in touch with Nick who has now also sold quickly and is equally as impressed. Thanks to all the team, we have no intention of moving again anytime soon but when we do we will be in touch....

At no point he pushed us to do a deal, he was calm, considerate to our position and did an amazing job in getting us to a price we were happy with. Just sold our house through Ashtons in Redbourn. It had been on with another agent for 7 months with a local agent but Ashtons sold it within 4 months. Not all estate agents are the same. The location of Ashton's various offices means that marketing is wider and the staff are knowledgable about the areas they cover, which helps prospective buyers. Feedback is available on an online portal which is useful. The team who sold our house: Andrew, Cathy, Tracie, Robert, Alix and Gill were all highly professional and very efficient. I can definitely recommend Ashtons.
