Just sold our house through Ashtons in Redbourn. It had been on with another agent for 7 months with a local agent but Ashtons sold it within 4 months. Not all estate agents are the same. The location of Ashton's various offices means that marketing is wider and the staff are knowledgable about the areas they cover, which helps prospective buyers. Feedback is available on an online portal which is useful. The team who sold our house: Andrew, Cathy, Tracie, Robert, Alix and Gill were all highly professional and very efficient. I can definitely recommend Ashtons.
