Just sold our house through Ashtons in Redbourn. It had been on with another agent for 7 months with a local agent but Ashtons sold it within 4 months. Not all estate agents are the same. The location of Ashton's various offices means that marketing is wider and the staff are knowledgable about the areas they cover, which helps prospective buyers. Feedback is available on an online portal which is useful. The team who sold our house: Andrew, Cathy, Tracie, Robert, Alix and Gill were all highly professional and very efficient. I can definitely recommend Ashtons.

We had a great service from Ashtons in Redbourn - with everything from the initial meetings, the valuation, the photos, management of the viewings, selling our house at full asking price (in less than a week), and then keeping us up to date with everything on the purchase: Andrew Gibbons and Tracie Phillips were fantastic. We expected the process of selling and buying a house to be long and difficult but the whole experience from our point of view was easy and very quick. Highly recommended.

We have recently bought and sold through Ashton’s in Redbourn. Despite tricky market conditions Ashton’s helped us through and I can’t fault the service we received. Nick led on the sale and was really fantastic - following up every lead and even finding us a new buyer within 48 hours when our original buyer fell through so that our purchase wasn’t jeopardised . Tracie was also great - ‘hand-holding’ us through the deal and checking in with us afterwards to check all was well. I would recommend the team without reservation- they are really excellent at what they do!

Never have I felt my call was avoided, never have I felt I was a pain in the neck to you (even though I probably was!), never has anything been too much trouble and never have I regretted using you! I originally appointed a different local agent having had 5 quotes. Nick was the only one who just kept in touch - now and then - not intrusive in any way but just to let me know they were there if we changed our mind - and we did. Ashton's service has been honest, prompt and always courteous. In a chain of 6 Tracie was the only agent that actually worked tirelessly to secure exchange of contracts going above and beyond every day. Steady and calm throughout she was always ready to do whatever was needed to keep things moving. Our house is perhaps at the higher end of the Redbourn market and initial guidance from friends was to look at the "higher end" agencies but I honestly couldn't disagree more. Nick, Tracie and the whole office treated us like their only client - I've just heard they're simultaneously dealing with a very large number of other sales/exchanges. I would never have known - it felt like they only worked for me. Honestly - brilliant work guys. Thank you.

I am taking the time to write this review because the team at Ashton's Redbourn were absolutely brilliant, in particular I must mention Nick Robinson and Tracie Phillips. Nick was very professional and clearly understood the market, the advice given to us was spot on and our property sold quickly. Tracie was equally as professional throughout the after sales process and despite some tricky situations in the chain she kept it all together, two great ambassadors of the company. Given our good our experience I recommended a friend to get in touch with Nick who has now also sold quickly and is equally as impressed. Thanks to all the team, we have no intention of moving again anytime soon but when we do we will be in touch....

We have just started the process of selling our house in Redbourn and chosen to use Ashtons as our agent. The team at Ashtons has worked hard to keep you informed every step of the way and are extremely efficient. Nick Robinson in particular has been excellent in giving us the right advice in terms of the market and in negotiating the sale of our house at the level we needed to allow us to proceed. At no point he pushed us to do a deal, he was calm, considerate to our position and did an amazing job in getting us to a price we were happy with. Nick has been extremely helpful and professional and really has done his best for us.

We had our property in Redbourn on the market for 15 months before our sale and purchase were completed, but this does not reflect on the ability of Ashton’s where all the staff were professional, welcoming and dedicated to achieving the correct result. On the purchase side we lost one property due to the vendor withdrawing, and we changed our minds and withdrew on two other proposed purchases. With the original purchaser of our property in Redbourn withdrawing due to the time we kept them waiting, Nick Robinson actually sold our house 4 times subject to contract, and on each occasion he found a purchaser within 10 days, an absolute unbelievable achievement in a difficult market. His perseverance was was so assuring to a client, and Tracie Phillips who dealt with my after sales service was absolutely brilliant in ensuring that the clients in our long chain came together to formulate a successful completion. When deciding to sell my property Ashtons Redbourn came across as very professional. I was not disappointed as Nick sold my old home within days of it going to market. Between Nick and Tracie they kept me informed at every stage, offered sound advice and I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome. They were so professional, never pushy, but made the process of selling my home straightforward and simple. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. A really top level service!
