Had a great expensive of purchasing a property through Ashtons and would highly recommend them again!

As tenants who work on variable pay, passing referencing in order to rent is super difficult but through Ashton’s and especially with Colin’s help, finding ways to improve our referencing application and show how committed we can be as tenants was an absolute life saver! We had been searching for a property for 3 months and with 2 weeks left to move out of my current property, we were starting to lose hope! Colin made the process so easy and communication was so fast which was super reassuring! Thank you!!

Ashtons staff at both Harpenden and Redbourne are amazing. The whole process was made 1000x easier with the support from Tracie and Rebecca, who go above and beyond. The company will always ensure someone responds to your emails or returns your phone calls, and keeps you updated without you having to do any chasing. I cannot fault them, nor can I thank them enough.

This rating is mainly for Kirsty Twydell (individual), people make companies, Kirsty works within the letting department, though I have been underwhelmed by the service I received from the lettings department specifically the (management) which resulted in my decision to use an alternative company, I only wish Kirsty was involved when I tried complaining and asked that we come to an amicable solution on the pricing/management fees, this never happened, resulting in me terminating my contract and moving on to an online platform which cost me less than 10% of what Ashtons lettings had charged me, plus this property was let within a week of my advert, my decision to leave Ashtons has saved me over £1k of fees. Thank u Kirsty for helping make my leaving process less painful. Disclaimer: My complaint does NOT relate to the Redbourn sales office which I have used for over 10years, they are still by far the best letting agent in the village/ county.

Excellent service from beginning to end from Ashtons in Redbourn. Helpful, professional and very responsive. We were kept informed and updated at all stages. Throughout lockdown the high standard of service and care continued and ideas were shared on new ways to market our property safely through the pandemic. I would highly recommend Ashtons in Redbourn. They have been extremely helpful and professional in dealing with both our sale and purchase. Emily Morgan has always responded very quickly to any queries or concerns with a friendly, professional and positive manner. She has also been great at keeping us updated and driving out move forward. Although our situation has been frustrating at times, Emily has gone above and beyond and we couldn’t ask for better service from her. Thanks Emily!
