I have recently exchanged in a property, purchased through Ashtons Estate Agents, the staff have been amazing from start to finish, when contacting them originally, I first spoke to Stephen who was very helpful in arranging a viewing on a couple of properties I was interested in, on the viewings, I was accompanied by a lovely member of staff who was there to answer any questions that I had but also gave me the freedom to have a good look around the house without being on top of me, I also was not put under any pressure by the Agents like I had been with others. From the moment I put in my offer both Stephen and Andy have kept me up to date with everything that has been going on and chased the relevant people for me when necessary. I would highly recommend Ashton’s and if I look to buy or sell in the future they will be the first Estate Agents I call.

We cannot be happier with Ashton's Team at Redbourn. From Emily's first visit to value, her solid advice & guidance gave us multiple viewings and offers. The photographs were excellent showing our home at its finest. It was delightful to receive compliments from the viewings, we have loved this home but knew the time had come to make life easier. All the staff were so respectful of us & our home. Being handed over to the completion team was initially of concern as we had got to know the Redbourn team so well.
